Short, because the service is simple: it is free, it asks nothing of you, and it promises correspondingly little.
Use
Use the tools for anything lawful, including commercial work. Nothing you produce here is owned or claimed by us and no attribution is required. There is no watermark to remove because none is added.
Do not process material you have no right to process, and do not work around the rate limits. Automated hammering of the three uploading tools is the one thing here that costs money, and it is the one thing that will get an address blocked.
No warranty
The tools are provided as they are, with no guarantee that they work, keep working, or produce a correct result. Keep your original file. Check the output before relying on it, particularly when the job is hiding something sensitive: a blur can sometimes be partly reversed, which is why the blur tool offers a solid box and says so on the page.
We are not liable for lost work, missed deadlines or damage arising from use of the site. If a result matters that much, the paid products this site compares against sell support contracts and we do not.
Availability
There is no uptime commitment. The tools that run in your browser keep working as long as the page loads. The three that reach our servers depend on those servers being up.
